2. Use of the Platform
Ignixio provides a crowdfunding platform that connects founders with investors. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3. Investment Disclaimer
Investing in startups involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance of any project on our platform does not guarantee future results. Ignixio does not provide investment advice and nothing on this platform should be construed as such.
4. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for their campaign content, project delivery, and fulfillment of rewards. Ignixio does not guarantee that any project will be successfully funded, completed, or that rewards will be delivered as described.
5. Fees and Payments
Ignixio charges a platform fee on successfully funded campaigns. Payment processing fees may apply. All fees are clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction. Investors pay no fees on their pledges.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Ignixio, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ignixio or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ignixio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Ignixio in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
Ignixio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
